Title

An ordinance relating to, and providing for, the acquired by condemnation or purchase of a right of way for an electric transmission line over and across certain lands in the County of King, State of Washington, as an addition to the existing municipal light and power plant and system; providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property, property rights and privileges necessary for said transmission line, to be constructed for the purpose of furnishing the City of Seattle and the inhabitants thereof, and any other person, with electric energy for lighting and other public uses, and providing for the ascertainment and payment of just compensation to be made therefor, and repealing Ordinance No. 57182.
