Introduced as Council Bill 1185

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Virginia Street in the City of Seattle between the East margin of 1st Avenue and the east margin of 4th Avenue, by constructing wooden curbs with gutters along lines uniformly 21 feet distant from and parallel to the center line of said street and planking all that portion of the roadway not required to be maintained by virtue of any street railway franchise, and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," under the provisions of Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899.
