Introduced as Council Bill 1177

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Eastlake Avenue in the City of Seattle from Denny Way to Ray Street, by planking all intersections and that portion of the roadway said avenue between said streets lying east of the portion occupied by and required to be maintained by virtue of the street railway franchise, and providing the payment therefor by the mode of 'Payment by Bond' as provided by an act of the Legislature of the State of Washington entitled "An act authorizing the issuance and sale of bonds by cities, to pay for local improvements, providing for the payment thereof, and declaring an emergency", approved March 14, 1899, and Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899."
