Introduced as Council Bill 1146

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Denny Way in the City of Seattle from Eastlake Avenue to Boylston Avenue, and Belmont Avenue South in said city, from Denny Way to a point 120 feet south of East Thomas Street, by constructing therein an ironstone sewer of proper dimensions, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, lamp holes, ventilators, catch basins and flush tanks, and by connecting said sewer with the main intercepting sewer in Denny Way west of Eastlake Avenue and providing the payment therefor by the mode of 'Payment by Bond' as provided by an act of the Legislature of the State of Washington entitled "An act authorizing the issuance and sale of bonds by cities, to pay for local improvements, providing for the payment thereof, and declaring an emergency", approved March 14, 1899, and Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899."
