Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Main Street from the end of the existing sewer on 26th Avenue South west to the center of 26th Avenue South in Kaufman's Addition; 26th Avenue South to Washington Street; Washington Street from 26th Avenue South to a point 100 feet east of 24th Avenue South; 27th Avenue South from Washington Street to Yesler Way from a point 120 feet east of 24th Avenue South to 29th Avenue South; 28th Avenue South between Yesler Way and East Spruce Street and 29th Avenue between Yesler Way and East Spruce Street, in the City of Seattle by constructing therein a sewer of proper dimensions, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, lamp holes, ventilators, catch basins and flush tanks, and providing the payment therefor by the mode of 'Payment by Bond' as provided by an act of the Legislature of the State of Washington entitled "An act authorizing the issuance and sale of bonds by cities, to pay for local improvements, providing for the payment thereof, and declaring an emergency", approved March 14, 1899, and Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899."
