Title

An ordinance granting for a period of 10 years to the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company, its successors or assigns, the right, privilege and authority to continue to maintain, operate and to extend its present telephone and telegraph system, and to place, erect, lay, maintain, operate, repair, remove or replace in, upon or under, the streets, alleys, avenues, thoroughfares, public highways and public grounds of the City of Seattle, poles, conduits, wires, cables and other facilities, appliances and conductors for the transmission of electricity for telephone and telegraph purposes, and specifying the limitations and conditions of such grant; and submitting the same to the qualified electors (voters) for ratification or rejection.
