Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 23rd Avenue and 23rd Avenue North from East Marion Street to the north line of Boston Heights Supplemental Addition; East Spring Street from 23rd Avenue to 24th Avenue; 24th Avenue from East Spring Street to East Olive Street; East Union Street from 23rd Avenue to 21st Avenue; 22nd Avenue from East Union Street to a point 120 feet south of East Olive Street; 21st Avenue from East Union Street to East Madison Street from the intersection of 23rd Avenue and East Olive Street to a point in East Madison Street 80 feet east of the east line of 18th Avenue; East Denny Way, East Madison Street, from the intersection of 23rd Avenue to East Denny Way; to the intersection of East Denny Way to the alley between 18th Avenue and 17th Avenue; 22nd Avenue North from East Madison Street to the north line of Boston Heights Supplemental Addition; 21st Avenue North from East Denny Way to East Thomas Street; 20th Avenue and 20th Avenue North from the south line of Hall Addition to East Thomas Street east of 20th Avenue North; East John Street from 20th Avenue North to 19th Avenue North; 19th Avenue and 19th Avenue North from East Howell Street to a point 120 feet south of East John Street; and from East John Street to a point 120 feet south of East John Street; by constructing therein sewers of proper dimensions, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, lamp holes, ventilators, catch basins and flush tanks, and such storm water overflow as may be necessary and providing the payment therefor by the mode of 'Payment by Bond' as provided by an act of the Legislature of the State of Washington entitled "An act authorizing the issuance and sale of bonds by cities, to pay for local improvements, providing for the payment thereof, and declaring an emergency", approved March 14, 1899, and Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899."
