Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Prospect Street in the City of Seattle from 2nd Avenue West to 5th Avenue West, by grading, side walking and parking the same, and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," under the provisions of Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899.
