Title

An ordinance submitting to the qualified voters of the City of Seattle, at the general election to be held in such city on the 6th day of March, 1900, that the City of Seattle make certain changes in the plans and details of the present proposed water supply system of the City of Seattle, known as the Cedar River Water Supply System and making certain additions and extensions thereto.
