Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Ryan Street, between 55th Avenue South and 62nd Avenue South; of Norfolk Street and Roxbury Street, each between Renton Avenue as now established and 59th Avenue South; of 57th Avenue South, between Ryan Street and Roxbury Street, as now established; and of 59th Avenue South, between Bangor Street and Roxbury Street; providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of said streets and avenues, and of Victor Street, between 57th Avenue South and Renton Avenue as now established; and of 57th Avenue South, between Renton Avenue as now established and Norfolk Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting on said streets and avenues; and providing that the entire cost of such improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
