Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of 37th Avenue North, from East Newton Street; as established herein, to the shoreline of Union Bay; of 38th Avenue North and 39th Avenue North, each from East Newton Street as established herein to McGilvra Street, as established herein; of McGilvra Place, from East Blaine Street to McGilvra Street, as established herein; of McGilvra Street, East Lynn Street and East Newton Street, each from 37th Avenue North as established herein, to 40th Avenue North; of the alleys between 38th Avenue North, as established herein, and 39th Avenue North, as established herein, and McGilvra Place, as established herein, each from East Newton Street, as established herein to McGilvra Street, as established herein; and of the alley between McGilvra Place as established herein, and 40th Avenue North, from East Blaine Street to McGilvra Street, as established herein; providing for the establishing of curb grades of said Avenues, streets and place; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting on said avenues, streets and place; and providing that the entire cost of such improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
