Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of 15th Avenue West, from Thorndyke Avenue to the south margin of Salmon Bay Waterway, and of 15th Avenue Northwest, from the north margin of Salmon Bay waterway to Leary Way; providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of 15th Avenue Northwest, between the north margin of Salmon Bay waterway and Leary Way; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting on said avenue; and providing that the entire cost of such improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited and from the General Fund of the City of Seattle, or from such other fund as the City Council may direct.
