Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 15th Avenue in the City of Seattle from East Columbia Street to East Madison Street, by grading, parking and side walking the same, and providing the payment therefor in installments and establishing a fund for such payment by the levying and collection of special assessments upon the property benefited by the improvement and providing for the issuance of bonds as authorized by the Legislature of the State of Washington, entitled: An act relating to internal improvements in cities, authorizing the issuance and collection of bonds upon the property benefited by local improvements and declaring an emergency" and by the provisions of Ordinance No. 3349, approved May 7, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492 approved March 5, 1897, and the city charter as now in force.
