Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, extending, and establishing of a public alley over and across Block 29, Mercer's 2nd Addition to North Seattle, now a portion of the City of Seattle, from 3rd Avenue North to Nob Hill Avenue; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon property.
