Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of McGilvra Street and East Lynn Street from 43rd Avenue North, easterly to the inner Harbor Line; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; providing for the condemnation in fee simple of certain lands and appurtenances thereunto belonging for general municipal purposes and providing that the entire cost of said improvement be paid by special assessment on the properly specially benefited in the manner provided by law, except as herein otherwise provided.
