Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Warsaw Street and Morgan Street, each from Beacon Avenue to 32nd Avenue South; of Eddy Street, between Beacon Avenue and 30th Avenue South; of Holly Street from Beacon Avenue to 28th Avenue South; and of 29th Avenue South and Shaffer Avenue, each from Holly Street to Eddy Street; providing for the establishing of the curb grades of said Warsaw Street and Morgan Street, each from Beacon Avenue to 32nd Avenue South, of Eddy Street, from Beacon Avenue to 30th Avenue south, of Holly Street from Beacon Avenue to 28th Avenue South; of 28th Avenue South, 29th Avenue South and Shaffer Avenue, each from Holly Street to Eddy Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting on said streets and avenues; and providing that the entire cost of such improvement shall be paid by special assessments upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
