Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of 31st Avenue Southwest from Admiral Way to West Andover Street, of West Genesee Street from 35th Avenue Southwest to Fauntleroy Avenue and of the alley westerly and northwesterly of Avalon Way from 31st Avenue Southwest to 35th Avenue Southwest; providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of said avenue, street, alley and of West Andover Street from Avalon Way to the alley westerly thereof and of West Genesee Street from Avalon Way to the alley westerly thereof; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said avenue, streets and alley; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, and taking of land and other property for general municipal purposes, and providing that the cost of the improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law, except as herein otherwise provided.
