Title

An ordinance establishing the grade of the connecting series of streets, avenues and places, forming a continuous driveway from Queen Anne Avenue and Roy Street to 6th Avenue West and Highland Drive through certain portion of 1st Avenue West; Kinnear Place, 5th Avenue West, Prospect Street, 6th Avenue West; and the public street abdicated across block 8, G. Kinnear Addition, established by Ordinance No. 5556, as the Queen Anne Driveway, and providing for improvement of said connecting series of streets, avenues and places, by grading and re-grading the central 40 feet of the same to the grade herein established and constructing and reconstructing sidewalks on both sides thereof, and providing for the payment therefor in installments and establishing a fund for such payment by the levying and collection of special assessments upon the property benefited by the improvement, and providing for the issuance of bonds as authorized by an act of the Legislature of the State of Washington, entitled: "An act relating to the internal improvements in cities, authorizing the issuance and collection of bonds upon property benefited by local improvements and declaring an emergency, approved March 9, 1893, and under the provisions of Ordinance No. 3349, approved May 7, 1894, as amended by Ordinance No. 3340, approved July 11, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved March 5, 1897, and the city charter as now in force.
