An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Angeline Street between Columbian Way and 28th Avenue South; of Hudson Street between 24th Avenue South and 29th Avenue South; of Dawson Street between Beacon Avenue and 29th Avenue South; of Bennett Place, between 24th Avenue South and 25th Avenue South; of Bennett Street between Beacon Avenue and 26th Avenue South; of Brandon Street between Beacon Avenue and 28th Avenue South; of 24th Avenue South between Brandon Street and Ferdinand Street; of Hudson Place between Dawson Street and Ferdinand Street; of 25th Avenue South between Brandon Street and Ferdinand Street; of 26th Avenue South between Brandon Street and Dawson Street; of 27th Avenue South between Brandon Street and Hudson Street; of 28th Avenue South between Brandon Street and Angeline Street; of the alley between Beacon Avenue and 24th Avenue South from Brandon Street to Bennett Street; of the alley between 24th Avenue South and 25th Avenue South from Brandon Street and Bennett Street; of the alley between Bennett Place and Dawson Street from 24th Avenue South to 25th Avenue South; of the alley between Hudson Place and 25th Avenue South from Dawson Street to Ferdinand Street; of the alley between 25th Avenue South and 26th Avenue South from Brandon Street to Dawson Street; of the alley between 26th Avenue South and 27th Avenue South from Brandon Street to Hudson Street and of the alley between 27th Avenue South and 28th Avenue South from Dawson Street to Hudson Street; providing for the establishing of the curb grades of the said streets and avenues; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills on the property abutting upon said streets and avenues; providing for the condemnation of certain land and other property for general municipal purposes; and providing that the entire cost of such improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law, except as herein otherwise provided.
