Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public street and highway to be known as Empire Way from the intersection of 42nd Avenue South and Empire Way, as established by Ordinance No. 30673, southerly to the City Limits, and of a public street and highway to be known as Dunlap Way from Empire Way, as extended herein, at a point approximately 1200 feet north from the intersection of said Empire Way with the south City limits southwesterly to an intersection with the south City limits at a point approximately 1115 feet westerly from the center of Section 3, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W. M., and of Holden Street, from Empire Way as established herein, to Renton Avenue; providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of said ways and street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said ways and street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation and taking of land in fee simple for general municipal purposes; providing for the changing of the names of certain streets and avenues; providing that the cost of the improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law, except as herein otherwise provided.
