Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of 14th Avenue South from Director Street to Dallas Avenue at the City Limits south of the Duwamish Waterway; 16th Avenue South from the City Limits north of the Duwamish Waterway to East Marginal Way; and East Marginal Way, from 16th Avenue South to a point approximately Four Hundred Four (404) feet northwesterly therefrom; providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of the easterly roadway on said 14th Avenue South and on 16th Avenue South and on East Marginal Way; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting said avenues and way; providing for the condemnation of land and other property in fee simple, for general municipal purposes; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law; except as herein otherwise designated.
