Title

An ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of Adams Street, from Rainier Avenue to Letitia Avenue, and of the Alley between Rainier Avenue and Letitia Avenue, from a point approximately two hundred fifteen (215) feet north of the north margin of Adams Street to a point approximately three hundred twenty-one (321) feet south of the south margin of Adams Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary to obtain the right to grade and regrade said street and alley in conformity with the grades established herein, and for the making of necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting said streets and alley, and providing that the entire cost of improvement shall be paid from the General Fund of the City of Seattle, or from such other fund as the City Council of the City of Seattle may direct.
