Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Western Avenue in the City of Seattle from Columbia Street to Yesler Way by way of repairing the foundations, planking, replanking, side walking, and re-side walking the same excepting that portion thereof included in any railway or street railway franchise, and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," and establishing a fund for such payment of an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved May 5, 1897, and the city charter now in force.
