Title

n ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of 12th Avenue South, from Bailey Street to Duwamish Avenue; providing for the changing and establishing of curb grades of said 12th Avenue South; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property for general municipal purposes; providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property for general municipal purposes; providing that the entire cost of improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law; except as herein otherwise provided.
