Title

n ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of Spencer Street and Raymond Street, each between 28th Avenue South and Beacon Avenue, and 25th Avenue South, between Juneau Street and Raymond Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; providing for the establishing of the curb grades of said streets and avenue; and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting said streets and avenue, and providing that the entire cost of improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
