Introduced as Council Bill 644

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley through block 1, Maynard Plat of the Town, now City, of Seattle, and Post Street from Yesler Way to Columbia Street, in the City of Seattle, by constructing therein an ironstone pipe sewer of proper dimensions, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, lamp holes, ventilators, catch basins and flush tanks, and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," and establishing a fund for such payment of an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved May 5, 1897, and the city charter now in force.
