Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of King Street in the City of Seattle from a point 150 feet east of 10th Avenue South, to 12th Avenue South, by constructing therein an ironstone pipe sewer of proper dimensions, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, lamp holes, ventilators, catch basins and flush tanks, and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," and establishing a fund for such payment of an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved May 5, 1897, and the city charter now in force.
