Title

An ordinance providing for the condemnation, appropriation, and taking of certain tracts of land and other property in the Plat of Alki Point, now a portion of the City of Seattle, and the tide lands adjoining, for park and parkway purposes, and providing that payment therefor shall be made in whole or in part by special assessment upon property specially benefited in the manner provided by law, or from the General Fund of the City of Seattle, or from such other fund as the City Council may provide.
