Introduced as Council Bill 581

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 4th Avenue South from the south margin of Main Street to the north margin of Washington Street, and Washington Street between 4th Avenue South and east margin of 5th Avenue South; in the City of Seattle by replanking the same, and repairing and reconstructing bulkheads on such portions thereof as may be necessary and by repairing all sub foundation in connection therewith, and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," and establishing a fund for such payment of an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved May 5, 1897, and the city charter now in force.
