Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of Othello Street, from Seward Park Avenue to 55th Avenue South, as extended from the north, and of 55th Avenue South, from Othello Street, as extended, to the southerly terminus of 55th Avenue South as deeded, Ordinance No. 45969; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting said streets and avenue, and providing that the entire cost of improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
