An ordinance relating to the municipal light and power plant and system; and providing for the acquisition by condemnation of lots 1 and 2, block 67, Lake Union Shore Lands as a site for the construction of the water intake connecting Lake Union Auxiliary Steam Plant with Lake Union and for storing fuel thereon and providing for the ascertainment and payment of just compensation to be made therefor.
