Title

An ordinance relating to the municipal light and power plant and system; providing for the acquisition by condemnation of a portion of the Glee G. Davis homestead Entry No. 124 in Sections 5, 6 and 7, in Township 37 North, Range 13 East, W. M., unsurveyed land in Whatcom County, Washington, necessary for the purpose of furnishing the City of Seattle and the inhabitants thereof, and any other persons, with electric energy for lighting and other public uses, and providing for the ascertainment and payment of just compensation to be made therefor.
