Title

An ordinance relating to, and providing for, the payment of the cost and expense of the condemnation for the right to establish the grades of an alley between California Avenue and 42nd Avenue Southwest, from West Alaska Street to West Oregon Street, as provided in Ordinance No. 51303 of the City of Seattle, by the issuance and sale of bonds of the district created to pay therefor.
