Title

An ordinance relating to, and providing for, the payment of the cost and expense of the condemnation for the right to change and establish the curb grades of Third Avenue North, from Harrison Street to Mercer Street, Nob Hill Avenue, from Thomas Street to Harrison Street, Fourth Avenue North, from Thomas Street to Mercer Street, Harrison Street, from Third Avenue North to Fifth Avenue North, and Republican Street, from Second Avenue North to Third Avenue North and from Fourth Avenue North to Fifth Avenue North, and for the right to grade and regrade said avenues and streets in conformity with the curb grades established herein, and for the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said avenues and streets, as provided in Ordinance No. 49315 of the City of Seattle, by the issuance and sale of bonds of the district created to pay therefor.
