Title

An ordinance relating to, and providing for, the payment of the cost and expense of the condemnation of West Forty-fourth Place, from the intersection of Eleventh Avenue Northwest and West Forty-fourth Street to West Forty-fifth Street, and for the establishing of the curb grades thereof, and for the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting thereon, as provided in Ordinance No. 49984 of the City of Seattle, by the issuance and sale of bonds of the district created to pay therefor.
