Title

An ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of Mercer Street, from Warren Avenue to 5th Avenue North; of Republican Street, from 2nd Avenue North to 3rd Avenue North, and from 4th Avenue North to 5th Avenue North; of 2nd Avenue North, from Republican Street to Roy Street; of 3rd Avenue North, from Harrison Street to Roy Street; of Nob Hill Avenue, from Mercer Street to Roy Street; and of 4th Avenue North, from Harrison Street to Roy Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the right to grade and regrade said streets and avenues in confirmity with the grades established herein and making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said streets and avenues; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessments upon the property specially benefited or from such fund as the City Council of the City of Seattle may designated, all in the manner provided by law.
