Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of East Pine Street from Bellevue Avenue to Boylston Avenue; East Pike Street from Boylston Avenue to 12th Avenue; 12th Avenue from a point 120 feet south of East Denny Way to East Union Street, 11th Avenue from a point 120 feet east of East Denny Way to East Union Street; 10th Avenue from East Pine Street to East Union Street; Broadway from a point 120 feet south of East Denny Way to a point 360 feet south of East Union Street; Harvard Avenue from a point 120 feet south of East Denny Way to East Union Street; Boylston Avenue from a point 100 feet south of East Union Street; East Union Street from Belmont Avenue to a point midway between Belmont and Bellevue Avenues to a point midway between University Street and Seneca Street; by constructing therein an ironstone pipe sewer of proper dimensions, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, lamp holes, ventilators, catch basins and flush tanks, and providing for the payment therefor in installments and establishing a fund for such payment by the levying and collection of special assessments upon the property benefited by the improvement, and providing for the issuance of bonds as authorized by an act of the Legislature of the State of Washington, entitled: "An act relating to the internal improvements in cities, authorizing the issuance and collection of bonds upon property benefited by local improvements and declaring an emergency, approved March 9, 1893, and under the provisions of Ordinance No. 3349, approved May 7, 1894, as amended by Ordinance No. 3340, approved July 11, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved March 5, 1897, and the city charter as now in force.
