Title

An ordinance providing for the widening and establishing of 18th Avenue and 18th Avenue North, and the opening and establishing of East Denny Way, in the City of Seattle, in certain portions of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 28, Township 25 North, Range 4 East, W.M., providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken or damaged for said purpose and for an assessment upon the property benefited and for the purpose of making such compensation.
