Title

An ordinance providing for the acquisition by condemnation or purchase of a right of way for, a transmission system to be situated in the County of Whatcom, as an addition to the existing municipal light and power plant and system of the City of Seattle; providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property and property rights and privileges necessary for said transmission system, which is to be constructed for the purpose of furnishing the City of Seattle, and the inhabitants thereof, and any other persons with electric energy for lighting and other public uses; and providing for the ascertainment and payment of just compensation to be made therefor.
