Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of a public alley through Block 2, Interlaken, an addition to the City of Seattle, from 25th Avenue North to 26th Avenue North; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the entire cost of improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
