Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening and establishing of 15th Avenue Northwest, from a point approximately two hundred thirty-three (233) feet south of the south margin of West 65th Street to West 85th Street; providing for the changing and establishing of the grades of said 15th Avenue Northwest; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting said avenue, and providing that the entire cost of improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
