Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 2nd Avenue North from Republican Street to Lee Street, Roy Street from 2nd Avenue North to Warren Street; Warren Street from Roy Street to a point 120 feet south of Aloha Street, Aloha Street from 2nd Avenue North to 1st Avenue North; 1st Avenue North from Aloha Street to Highland Drive; Prospect Street from 2nd Avenue North to Warren Avenue; and Warren Avenue from Prospect Street to Lee Street in the City of Seattle by constructing therein an ironstone pipe sewer of proper dimensions, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, lamp holes, ventilators, catch basins and flush tanks,, and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," and establishing a fund for such payment of an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved May 5, 1897, and the city charter now in force.
