Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of East Denny Way from Harvard Avenue to 15th Avenue North, Broadway from East Denny Way to East Roy Street; 10th Avenue North from East Denny Way to north line of L. Pontius Addition; East John Street from 10th Avenue North to a point midway between 13th Avenue North and 14th Avenue North; East Thomas Street from 10th Avenue North to Malden Avenue; East Harrison Street from 10th Avenue North, to a point midway between 13th Avenue North and 14 Avenue North; East Mercer Street from 10th Avenue North to a point midway between 13th Avenue North and 14th Avenue North; 14th Avenue North from East Denny Way to a point 120 feet south of East Thomas Street; 14th Avenue North from East Thomas Street to the north line of F. Pontius Addition; 15th Avenue North from East Denny Way to the north line of Law's First Addition; East John Street from 15th Avenue North to 17th Avenue North; 16th Avenue North from East Denny Way to the north line of D.M. Crane Addition; and 17th Avenue North from East Howell Street to East Thomas Street, in the City of Seattle, by constructing therein an ironstone pipe sewer of proper dimensions, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, lamp holes, ventilators, catch basins and flush tanks, and providing for the payment therefor in installments and establishing a fund for such payment by the levying and collection of special assessments upon the property benefited by the improvement, and providing for the issuance of bonds as authorized by an act of the Legislature of the State of Washington, entitled: "An act relating to the internal improvements in cities, authorizing the issuance and collection of bonds upon property benefited by local improvements and declaring an emergency, approved March 9, 1893, and under the provisions of Ordinance No. 3349, approved May 7, 1894, as amended by Ordinance No. 3340, approved July 11, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved March 5, 1897, and the city charter as now in force.
