Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 23rd Avenue from East Columbia Street to East Marion Street; East Marion Street from 23rd Avenue to 17th Avenue; 20th Avenue from East Marion Street to a point 120 feet south of East Olive Street; 18th Avenue from East Marion Street to a point 120 feet south of East Union Street and 17th Avenue from East Marion Street to a point 120 feet south of East Union Street, in the City of Seattle, by constructing therein an ironstone pipe sewer of proper dimensions, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, lamp holes, ventilators, catch basins and flush tanks, and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," and establishing a fund for such payment of an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved May 5, 1897, and the city charter now in force.
