Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public street and highway, to be known as Myers Way, from a point north of the intersection of Cloverdale Street, produced, with 1st Avenue South to the intersection of Occidental Avenue with Barton Street; of Cloverdale Street, from Myers Way as extended herein to 5th Avenue South; providing for the establishing of the curb grades of said way and street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting said way and street, and providing that the entire cost of improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
