Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of a public alley over and across Block One (1), Sunrise Addition to the City of Seattle, from Andover Street to Charlestown Street; providing for the establishing of grades of said alley, and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting said alley, and providing that the entire cost of improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
