Introduced as Council Bill 294

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alleys in blocks 4, 5 and 8, Plat of the Town of Seattle laid off on claims of C.D. Boren and A.A. Denny, (said alleys forming a continuous series from James Street to Marion Street) by paving the same with vitrified brick laid upon a proper concrete foundation. including therewith catch basins, drainage facilities as may be required, and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," and establishing a fund for such payment of an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved May 5, 1897, and the city charter now in force.
