Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the payment of the cost and expense of the condemnation of Lakeside Avenue South, between Charles Street and Day Street, and for the establishing of the grades in conformity with the grades established herein and for the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said avenue as provided in Ordinance No. 48245 of said city by the issuance and sale of bonds of the district created to pay therefor.
