Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of a public street and highway to be known as Webster Street, from Duwamish Avenue to a point approximately one hundred fifty (150) feet southwesterly therefrom; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the entire cost of improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
