Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Republican Street and East Republican Street in the City of Seattle from Minor Avenue North from a point 100 feet west of Boylston Avenue North; Mercer Street and East Mercer Street from alley west of Eastlake Avenue to Boylston Avenue North; Harrison Street from alley west of Howard Avenue North to Eastlake Avenue; East Harrison Street from Bellevue Avenue North to Boylston Avenue North; John Street from alley west of Pontius Avenue to alley east of Pontius Avenue; John Street from Howard Avenue North to Eastlake Avenue; alley between Minor Avenue North and Pontius Avenue and Howard Avenue North from Harrison Street to Republican Street; by constructing therein an ironstone pipe sewer of proper dimensions, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, lamp holes, ventilators, catch basins and flush tanks, and providing for the payment therefor in installments and establishing a fund for such payment by the levying and collection of special assessments upon the property benefited by the improvement, and providing for the issuance of bonds as authorized by an act of the Legislature of the State of Washington, entitled: "An act relating to the internal improvements in cities, authorizing the issuance and collection of bonds upon property benefited by local improvements and declaring an emergency, approved March 9, 1893, and under the provisions of Ordinance No. 3349, approved May 7, 1894, as amended by Ordinance No. 3340, approved July 11, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved March 5, 1897, and the city charter as now in force.
